Any changes to your reservation — including pickup or drop-off locations, added wait times, or additional stops — may result in additional charges, which will be reflected in your final bill.
A 10% non-refundable deposit will be charged once a driver is assigned and the reservation is accepted.
Reservations may be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. If our driver arrives more than 15 minutes late, you may cancel without penalty.
Rates are subject to change based on the current demand for our services. We will notify you of any pricing adjustments in advance. If additional changes are made during your trip, those charges will be added and billed after the trip is completed.
Hourly trips have a minimum 3 hours with 20 miles per hour. Additional distance will be added to the final bill.
