By using Premium Black Car Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings require a valid credit card on file.
- You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup will incur a 60% cancellation fee.
- Rates are subject to change based on demand. You will be informed of any pricing adjustments.
Ride Options & Pricing
We offer two pricing models:
Distance-Based Rides
- Black Executive (Mercedes or BMW): $100 base, includes 15 miles, $3 per additional mile
- Black SUV (Suburban): $120 base, includes 15 miles, $4 per additional mile
- SUV Executive (Escalade): $140 base, includes 15 miles, $5 per additional mile
Hourly Rides
- Black Executive (Mercedes or BMW): $100/hr
- Black SUV (Suburban): $120/hr
- SUV Executive (Escalade): $145/hr
- Hourly bookings include 20 miles per hour
- Any mileage over the 20 miles/hour limit will be added to the final bill at the per-mile rate of your selected vehicle
Service Areas
We serve the following California regions:
Coachella Valley, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Orange County.
Transportation Partners & Insurance
Premium Black Car Service works with a trusted network of transportation partners.
Each partner is required to maintain active commercial or rideshare insurance policies in accordance with all local and state laws. While we manage the ride coordination and communication, the actual transportation service is provided by these insured partners.
App Usage
Our mobile app, powered by Ridebits.com, allows you to:
- Book and manage rides
- Track drivers in real time
- Access receipts and ride history
Use of the app is also subject to Ridebits’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or service issues caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
